Registration fees 

Participation in the Africities 2006 Summit is subject to the payment of registration fees. Registration fees may be settled either individually or by a group. It is requested - in the case the registration fees are paid for a group -, to attach the list of the concerned delegates to the completed registration form of each delegate appearing on the list.

The registration fees for the Africities 2006 Summit are set as follows (amount per participant): 
Delegate from Africa or a Country of the South (non OECD)              Euros 450   

Delegate from Other Countries or International Organizations            Euros 700 

Rebates are granted on the registration fees in the following manner:

It should be clearly mentioned on the payment order “Registration fees of a delegate” or “Registration of the delegation” (please specify the name of the delegation). In the latter case, please send by mail or by fax the list of the members of the delegation.

A person that has paid the registration fees is entitled to:

* all documents produced for the Africities Summit, before, during and after the Summit

* a bag bearing the effigy of the Conference and containing the information on the Summit and on the host city
* morning and afternoon coffee and tea breaks throughout the Summit

* a brochure containing the list of participants

* shuttle transportation between the airport and the hotels, both on arrival and at departure

* shuttle transportation between the accommodation infrastructures, the hotels and the conference halls
* access to the cultural activities organized in the evenings within the framework of the Summit

* free entrance to Citexpo 

Registration fees are exclusive of air tickets, health and travel accident insurances, accommodation, meals, perdiems.
